E-Mail Faxing enables you to recieve all of your emails through a fax. Depending on your email volume, we send you one fax daily or weekly in a simple text format. Furthermore, all attachments are uploaded to your web directory and a relevant hyperlink is inserted into the fax. Generally we bundle this service with SPAM Mail Filtering, as explained below.

E-Mail Faxing Fees: $180 Set-Up (once off fee), then $10/mth for weekly faxing or $30/mth for daily faxing (weekdays only).

SPAM Mail Filtering

Web Fusion uses a comprehensive spam filtering system which filters your incoming mail before entering your inbox, through an open-source program called SpamAssassin. We run a wide range of tests on all emails to identify SPAM, also known as unsolicited commercial email.

Our spam-identification rules are as follows:
 ~ Header Analysis: Spammers use a number of tricks to mask their identities, fool you into thinking they've sent a valid mail, or fool you into thinking you must have subscribed at some stage.
 ~ Text analysis: Again, spam mails often have a characteristic style (to put it politely), and some characteristic disclaimers and CYA text. SpamAssassin can spot these, too.
 ~ Blacklists: SpamAssassin supports many useful existing blacklists, such as mail-abuse.org, ordb.org or others.
 ~ Razor: Vipul's Razor is a collaborative spam-tracking database, which works by taking a signature of spam messages. Since spam typically operates by sending an identical message to hundreds of people, Razor short-circuits this by allowing the first person to receive a spam to add it to the database -- at which point everyone else will automatically block it.

We have customised this system further by allowing our clients to create and manage their own personal Blacklist. By simply logging into your "Account Toolbox" you can add email and manage email addresses which you do not wish to recieve emails from.

Web Fusion now offers a E-Mail Only Plan, without the need to pay for a hosting plan. Our E-Mail Only Plan includes FREE Set-Up, 5 Mail Boxes, and 500 MB Network Traffic.
